Majestic Oaks Kennel gives a 30 month hip and eye guarantee if the following conditions are met:

• Majestic Oaks is used in the naming of the dog.
• The dog has not sired or whelped any litters.
• If unable to pass OFA or CERF, a replacement will be provided from the next available litter.  You may keep the dog if the registration application and original guarantee is returned with the vet’s or ophthalmologist’s signature, phone no. and microchip number are on the guarantee.
• The original owner remains owner of the dog.
• If the value of the replacement pup is more than the initial price, the owner will pay the difference plus shipping.
